The goal of the privacy policy is to precisely define the activities in the rangę of personal data storage and processing. The data storing and processing party is: Katarzyna Kramnik Realness, ul. Cz. Niemena 5B/12, 81-603 Gdynia (hereinafter: Youkali).

Sharing personal data is not obligatory, however, the lack of personal data may complicate or make it impossible to perform contractual obligations for the customer.

Thus, Youkali takes every measure to protect customer data, which includes processing data only to fulfil contractual obligations against its customers. The range of collected data depends strictly on the type of performed services and includes:

  7. Every customer is entitled to access their personal data, correct it, demand its erasure or limited processing, or object data processing whatsoever, unless data processing is essential to fulfil contractual obligations by the administrator, or any other legal obligations occur.
