Privacy policy

The goal of the privacy policy is to precisely define the activities in the rangÄ™ of personal data storage and processing. The data storing and processing party is: Katarzyna Kramnik Realness, ul. Cz. Niemena 5B/12, 81-603 Gdynia (hereinafter: Youkali). 

Legal obligations, purposes, and periods of personal data processing

Sharing personal data is not obligatory, however, the lack of personal data may complicate or make it impossible to perform contractual obligations for the customer.

Personal data categories

Personal data is essential to provide high quality services and their development. Thus, Youkali takes every measure to protect customer data, which includes processing data only to fulfil contractual obligations against its customers. The range of collected data depends strictly on the type of performed services and includes:

  • first and last name

  • e-mail address

  • shipping address

  • phone number

  • browser data used by the online chat

According to the GDPR act (art. 13 and 14 of 2016/679 from Apr 27, .2016 EU directive), we hereby inform that: 

  1. Katarzyna Kramnik Realness, headquartered in Gdynia, ul. Cz. Niemena 5B/12, is the administrator of customer data.

  2. Customers can contact the company regarding issues with data processing using the address above or by e-mail: kasia@youkali.pl.

  3. Personal data is processed for the communication purposes, order processing, transactional correspondence, sending promotional emails (newsletter), and other forms of promotional activity.

  4. Data processing is performed based on legally accurate administrator's interest, i.e. ensuring business communication continuity, product marketing, and brand image maintenance. 

  5. Personal data can be only received by subjects entitled to its use based on legal regulations.

  6. Personal data is stored until the storage purpose ends or until revoking the consent to do so by the data's subject.

  7. Every customer is entitled to access their personal data, correct it, demand its erasure or limited processing, or object data processing whatsoever, unless data processing is essential to fulfil contractual obligations by the administrator, or any other legal obligations occur.

  8. Every customer is entitled to issue a complaint on performed data processing to the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).
