Shipping and returns

Shipping

Orders from Poland

Orders from Poland are shipped for free with standard courier delivery (DHL or InPost). The average delivery time is 2 working days.

International shipping

International orders (outside Poland) arÄ™ shipped for free with Polish Post tracked delivery. The average delivery time, according to a statement by Polish Post, is:

  • 3-5 working days after dispatch to Europe, Russia, and Israel 

  • 5 working days after dispatch to all other countries

NOTE: The stated international delivery time can extend due to customs handling, which is out of our control. Based on our experience so far, international shipping takes from 5 to 10 working days.

When your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.

If you need a different delivery method, contact us to discuss the details and potential additional costs.

Returns

You can return your order within 30 days from the day the package was received by you or other designated recipient.

We only accept returns of unused and undamaged items in their original packaging (signature box).

You can't return personalised items, e.g. made to measure or in a custom color range. 

Before you return your item, inform us in an email to kasia@youkali.pl and then send the returned items to the following address:

The return delivery cost is covered by the customer.

We'll refund your purchase within 7 days after we receive an unused, undamaged item in its original packaging.

Warranty

We offer a 24-month warranty period from the day you receive your purchase. A warranty applies to hair accessories and jewelry if:

  • the item is unfit for its designed purpose, e.g. a stone is falling out of a pendant frame

  • the item properties don't comply with the description, e.g. the metal contains nickel when the description states it's nickel-free

  • the item has construction failures

The warranty doesn't apply to mechanical damages, such as chain tear, pearl scratching, colour fading as a result of improper storage and care. You can find jewelry care guide on every product page.

To make a warranty claim, notify us in an email to kasia@youkali.pl and send your purchase to the following address:

The return delivery cost is covered by the customer.

We will accept or decline your warranty claim within 14 days after we receive the package.

A warranty claim can result in:

  • fixing the item (if possible) or replacing its part

  • replacing the returned item with a similar one, if still available

  • refund for the returned item 

If the claim results in a refund, it'll be completed within 7 days from the day we notify you about the claim resolution.
